Created with composer Jeffrey Barg, (aka “The Angry Grammarian”) is a multi-talented, Philly-based composer, performer and humorist. I worked with Barg to turn his newspaper column “The Angry Grammarian” into a musical comedy. The piece has been workshopped at the Players Club of Swarthmore, Pulley & Buttonhole, and will be produced by Raw Street Theatre in Philadelphia in 2022. A disgruntled copy-editor is given his dream job – writing a newspaper column about his obsession with grammar. The column is a success until he meets, and falls in love with, a woman who is better at grammar than he is.
